Movement is Life…
In Taoist medicine our life force energy or Qi (Chi) is at it’s most healthy when it is flowing unhindered throughout the body. When we experience symptoms, aches or pains, feelings of unwellness or more serious disease, it is an indication that the life force has slowed down or has stopped moving altogether; this is known as stagnation.
Preseli Natural Healing offers ways of helping your life-force move again with Shiatsu Therapy, VortexHealing, Qigong and Meditation.
In every culture and in every tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy.

Remaining connected to the earth is so very nourishing for our immune system, stabilising our thoughts, focus and ability to stay on task. So what can we do to begin to ground ourselves? We can utilise the grounding forces of Nature to help us re-connect to Gaia's...
New Magic, Old Romans
In the ‘Web of Wyrd’ Brian Bates describes a world in early Christianised Britain, where the remnants of a perceptual magical world remained. Often referred to as the Dark Ages, this was the time of King Arthur and Merlin. Of Avalon and...

Healing Happens When the Time is Right..
