Women’s Holistic Health
Do you experience any of the following?
- Painful menstruation
- Heavy or irregular bleeding
- Gynaecological issues
- Digestive problems
- Pelvic pain, prolapse and other issues
- Conditions affecting the breasts, ovaries and uterus
Having undertaken additional training in supporting women, as well as healing my own chronic health conditions rooted in ancestral and physical trauma, I offer a specialised approach to women’s health care.
With an emphasis on creating health in the pelvic bowl as well as balancing and nourishing the congenital (embryonic) meridians in the body, I use a combination of Shiatsu, energy healing, natural movement, chi development and cleansing, to facilitate a conscious connection to each woman’s innate power to heal.
Do get in touch for a free consultation where we can discuss your health issues further and I can answer any questions you may have.
Training in Women’s Health
In addition to my extensive training and experience in the Daoist Arts, healing and shiatsu, I have trained in Women’s Health Shiatsu with Suzanne Yates, founder of Wellmother in Bristol; undertaken training with Minke de Vos, senior Healing Tao Instructor, Grandmammy of the Jade Egg and co-founder of Tao Tantric Arts. I continue my studies with Lotus Neigong, School of Daoist Arts. I have recently completed training with Roni Edlund, author of ‘Daoist Neigong for Women’.
I came to Beth with very painful gynaecological issues. I had exceptionally heavy, irregular painful periods that would wipe me out every month. I saw a change immediately after working with her, the pain reduced and my period started to come more regularly. Best of all I’ve learnt to work with my cycle rather than dreading it. Beth is compassionate, caring and knowledgable and very intuitive. I highly recommend working with her.
Ever since my first shiatsu session with you, I’ve felt that my body recognises the intelligence of your touch.
It feels very nurturing and deeply comforting. I notice a deep sense of relief that I’m being supported, held and received both energetically and physically.
